Nordic Skiing
Glide peacefully over miles and miles of pristine Idaho beauty. Idaho's Nordic trails run deep through national forests, state parks and ski resorts. In addition, the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation offers thirteen separate trail systems across the state—several with overnight yurt lodging. For a small fee, the Park N' Ski program provides a permit for annual or temporary parking at the trail heads. Stretch out, take a deep breath and get reacquainted with your inner wilderness.
